Complete the New Student Online Enrollment in Family Access

• Note: you must have an active email address that you can access to complete the online enrollment for your student.
• If you do not have a Family Access account, please create a Family Access account (one per household) by clicking the link below.
  • Once you have submitted your request for a Family Access Account, you will receive an email with a secure link to complete the New Student Online Enrollment Application for your student(s).

Gather your documents. In order to enroll in Lamar CISD, you will need the following documentation:

• Parent Photo ID:
  • Examples include Driver’s License, Passport, or other Government ID
• Proof of Address:
  • Examples include Water, Gas, or Electric Bill, Final Closing Disclosure, Warranty Deed, Mortgage Statement, Lease, or current year Fort Bend CAD Statement showing a Homestead Exemption
  • All proof of address documentation must be able to verify that the student is living at an address in Lamar CISD.
• Student Identification:
  • Examples include Birth Certificate, Passport, or Social Security Card
    • Please Note: Social Security Cards are optional
• School Records:
  • Report Cards are highly recommended for students in Grades 1-9
  • High School Transcript for Grades 10 and above
  • ARD, 504, or LPAC paperwork for students in special programs
• Immunization Records

PLEASE NOTE: Knowingly providing false documents for registration is an offense under Texas Penal Code 37.10 and may result in criminal prosecution, fines, and removal of a student from the district.

For the 2025-2026 school year turn in your documents at your zoned school.

Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, Lamar CISD is adding more registration options. Please see below for the registration schedule:

April 27 – May 8: Pre-K and Kindergarten Round-Up

Parents with Pre-K or Kindergarten students new to LCISD will submit their required documents at their zoned elementary campus for 2026-2027. Please see campus websites for more information. Please note the alternative locations for the following campuses:

• Parents with children zoned to Becerra will register at Beasley.
• Parents with children zoned to Slawinski will register at Melton.

June 8 – July 16: Pre-K through 12^th Grade Registration

Starting this summer, parents can complete the registration process through either:

• Virtual Online Completion: Parents can submit the above required documentation through the online portal by scanning the QR Code below or by clicking the button below:

• If you choose this option, you will be contacted within 3 business days to confirm your documentation (excluding district holidays or breaks).
• Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and/or an email address so we can correspond with you promptly.

• In-Person Completion: Parents can receive in-person assistance with the required documentation by visiting the Lamar CISD New Student Central Registration Center located in Lamar Junior High. The address and contact information for the New Student Central Registration Center is:
  • 4814 Mustang Avenue, Rosenberg, TX 77471
    • West Entrance of Lamar Junior High school off Mustang Avenue between Lamar JH and Lamar CHS (see the map below)

    • Summer Days and Hours: Monday through Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Closed Friday.

July 23 Onward:

• Grades 9-12: Turn in required documentation and complete the registration process at your zoned high school campus. Please visit the campus website for specific dates and times (Please visit lcisd.org and click on ‘Schools’ in the upper right corner).
• Grades PK-8: Parents in Grades PK-8 will have the following options:
