Translations and Interpretations
Our Translation Services are designed to assist parents, students, and staff in overcoming language barriers to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed. Lamar CISD offers Spanish language translation through the Communication Department to help district campuses, departments, employees, students, and families. Spanish is the most common language in our district after English. Our translation service involves written communication, and interpretation involves verbal communication.
For translation and interpretation needs that exceed the district’s in-house capacity, Lamar CISD works with approved external translation and interpretation service providers. See the information below.
