 ParentSquare is Lamar CISD’s school-to-home communication platform, helping families stay connected to important district and campus news, announcements, events, and messages — all in one place. Families can receive communications by app, email, text, or phone and customize how and when they receive updates.

As a registered parent, you can:

• Receive school and district updates by app, email, text, or phone
• Choose instant notifications or a daily digest
• Communicate in your preferred language
• Message teachers and staff directly
• View school and district announcements and events
• Access important information in one convenient place

ParentSquare allows families to receive posts, messages, and other communications in their preferred language.

Using a Web Browser:

1. From Home, click the arrow next to your name and select Manage Account.
2. Select Language Settings.
3. Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click Save.

Using the Mobile App:

1. From Home, tap the menu in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Account, then Preferences.
3. Select Language.
4. Choose your preferred language.
