Interim Principal

Frost Elementary School

Lisa Contreras has been named Interim Principal of Frost Elementary School. Ms. Contreras previously served as assistant principal at Frost in 2023. She brings 17 years of experience in education, including seven years as a campus administrator. Her leadership experience also includes roles as a campus principal in Oakland Unified School District, a teacher development leader in Fort Bend ISD, and, most recently, as assistant principal at McNeill Elementary in Lamar CISD. Born and raised in Fort Bend County and a proud Lamar CISD graduate, Ms. Contreras is excited to partner with staff, parents, and the community on behalf of Frost Elementary and its students.
