Huggins Elementary School

Jennifer Brewer has been named the new principal of Huggins Elementary School. Ms. Brewer brings 22 years of experience in Lamar CISD to her new role, including serving Huggins Elementary as a teacher, instructional coach, and, most recently, assistant principal. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a master’s in educational leadership from the University of Houston–Victoria. Ms. Brewer is excited to continue her leadership journey at Huggins Elementary, where her passion for student success and growth remains at the heart of her work.
