Lamar CISD is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for everyone. If you are an employee, student, parent, or member of the public and have a concern or grievance, you may use the appropriate form below to share it with us. Your feedback helps us address issues promptly and improve our community. Please select the form that best matches your role and situation.

The forms linked below are all Level 1 complaint/grievance forms. All complaint/grievance MUST start with a Level 1 complaints/grievances form.
