Learning Model Change Instructions:
Parents who would like to change their student’s learning model can access and submit the form in Skyward. If there is no change for your student, you do not need to submit the form. It is also important to note:

If you change your student's learning model for the second grading period, there is no guarantee that your student will have the same teacher.

Campuses will contact families with students transitioning from virtual to on-campus instruction to communicate safety protocols and ensure a safe return to campus.

All campuses will contact parents about next steps after the Learning Model Change deadline.
