To ensure you receive best pricing options, registration should be done PRIOR to the commencement date!

Each school has an individual QR code & link for registration. Please note there should only be one registration for each graduate. All parents, grandparents, additional family members, etc. should be under the same registration.

Registration will be discontinued the day after each commencement, but parents can contact the photographer by email, [email protected], to request a photo link. Requests may take 3-5 business days due to their commencement schedule.

There is no obligation to order and parents may opt-out of receiving emails and/or texts after the first communication.

3. How will parking be handled?
The Fort Bend County Epicenter will charge a $5 parking fee, which is a requirement from the venue and not Lamar CISD. Parking can be purchased at any entrance on the day of the Graduation ceremony or electronically using the links below. Credit cards will be the only acceptable form of payment, and cash will not be accepted. As parking is limited, we recommend families pay this fee ahead of Graduation Day. These shuttles will start running 1.5 hours before every ceremony begins and run until 45 minutes after every ceremony concludes. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the east entrance of the Fort Bend County Epicenter.

5. Do I need a ticket to attend Graduation?
Yes, and your campus will provide more information about tickets. All guests over the age of 2 and anyone who requires their own seat at the stadium will need to have a ticket. If guests happen to attend multiple ceremonies, they will need a ticket for each ceremony even if they happen consecutively in the commencement schedule. Additionally, all guests must exit the venue after the ceremony concludes and will need to re-enter the venue with the appropriate ticket when the doors open again.

6. Is there handicapped parking and seating available?
Yes, the Fort Bend County Epicenter provides handicapped parking and seats. Guests who need special accommodation can follow the signage provided by the venue.

7. Does the venue have any prohibited items or policies that I should know about?
Yes, the Fort Bend County Epicenter has an A-Z Guide that includes a bag policy, banners and flags, cameras and videos, concessions, and prohibited items and behaviors. Please click HERE to see their A-Z Guide. Additionally, the following items will be prohibited on Graduation Day:

• Confetti
• Balloons
• Noisemakers
• Air horns
• Laser pointers
• Flowers
• Signs larger than 11 x 17”

8. Will the ceremonies be live streamed?
Yes, all Graduation ceremonies will be streamed live on the District's homepage. As the ceremonies begin, you can click HERE to watch on our YouTube.

9. What are the guidelines for Graduates?

• Graduates will carry caps and gowns until instructed to put them on.
• Stoles that are worn must be issued by Lamar CISD, decorations on caps are not allowed, and tassels must be worn on the right side of the cap.
• Graduates are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, preferably with pockets to secure car keys and cell phones.
• For safety reasons, we do not recommend graduates wear heels unless the style is comfortable, flat and/or low.
• Cell phones must be turned off and not visible during the ceremony. No additional items will be permitted on the arena floor.
• While we understand the excitement that comes with crossing the stage at Graduation, students are NOT permitted to celebrate in any way that causes a disruption or a safety hazard. Violating this policy could result in the graduate’s immediate removal from the premises, and the graduate will not be able to complete the ceremony.

10. How long is the Graduation ceremony?
The ceremony is approximately between one and two hours long.

11. Where should we meet our Graduate after the ceremony?
Ahead of the event, please coordinate a meeting spot with your graduate. At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates will exit the arena floor on the west side of the Fort Bend County Epicenter. We kindly ask that graduates and their families do not congregate on site or in the parking lot. Please plan to take photos and continue celebrations at a different location.

12. What happens if it rains?
In the case of inclement weather, the Graduation ceremony will continue as the venue is now indoors. If for any reason the ceremony must be rescheduled, then additional information will be available on the District website and will be sent via email.

13. How will diplomas be distributed?
During the ceremony, principals will hand graduates their diploma covers while shaking hands. After Graduation and once diplomas are available, campuses will share more information about distribution and pick up.

14. Where can I find maps of the venue?
To view maps of the Fort Bend County Epicenter, please click the link below:

15. Where do I enter and exit the venue?

Since this is a special event, please anticipate travel time and follow the traffic patterns from local law enforcement.

When arriving at the venue, the public should enter at the intersection of Highway 59 and Bamore Road. All attendees will have the option to use entrances on the feeder or to continue on Bamore Road where they can turn left into the first parking lot entrance.

When exiting the venue, the Rosenberg Police Department will shut down the right lane of the Highway 59 feeder road to allow continuous flow of traffic out of the parking lots.

A map of the entry and exit plan has been provided below.
