  • At least two school days before your visit: complete the College Visit Request Form (this can be found in Mrs. Nowak’s office Room 1136) and have parent signatures. The form will also require students to request each teacher to sign off that they are passing their classes.
  • The form must be approved by your Principal (Mr. Kipping) and College Facilitator/Counselor (Mrs. Nowak) two days in advance. There are no exceptions.
  • Once the form has been completed and approved, you will turn the form in to the attendance office.
  • After the visit, students must bring back an official letter from the college that they attended (on the college letterhead) as proof of visit. This documentation must be turned into the attendance office no later than two school days after your college visit. Only with this documentation will your college visit be exempted.
