Class of 2024 Class Ring Info!

Attention Junior Class and Parents/Guardians,

The Class of 2024 is now eligible to order a senior class ring!

Balfour will be at Foster HS on Wednesday, September 28th to assist students with their class ring orders during all lunches!

Friendly Reminder!

Just a friendly reminder that Foster High School's doors open at 7:30 am. Students are not allowed to enter the building before 7:30 am. Please do not drop students off before 7:30 am. Students who arrive after the 1st period tardy bell, will need to enter through the front main doors of FHS. This includes seniors who have 1st period off.

2022 - 2023 FHS Parking Permit Information

Below is the 2022 - 2023 FHS Parking Application link and information:

2022-2023 Parking spot fee is $50.00 plus a $3.00 convenience fee for online payments. $53.00 total

Once the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed for approval.  Once approved, you will be emailed a link for payment and selection of a parking spot.

Make sure the email you list on this form is correct because that is the email we will be using for the link.  Please allow 24 hours after submission to receive the link.

Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Request

Verification of Enrollment (VOE) requests for current students are accepted in the Registrar’s Office by clicking HERE.   Please allow at least 24 hours to process the request.

This VOE is ONLY for the Dept. of Public Safety.  If student needs another type of  enrollment verification, please contact Registrar's office directly.  

VOE’s issued during the regular school year are valid for 30 days from the date printed on the form.  VOE’s requested during the last 5 school days are valid until the first day of school in August.

Textbook Informtion

Students must scan this QR code to access the online textbook request form. An email must be provided so the student can be notified when their books are ready to pick up. If a student owes book from the previous year, they will not be able to request books until they clear their record. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Sanchez at 832-223-3865.

PRO GRAD 2023 SENIOR PARENTS!! Join the ProGrad committee! 
What is ProGrad? Project Graduation is an all-night celebration following the graduation ceremony that is completely alcohol and drug free. This event is a cooperative effort given by our seniors, their parents, teachers, administrators and community leaders to provide a safe environment where they can collectively celebrate their graduation, while making it a night to remember. Come hear more about it, and how to get involved, on Tuesday, September 6th at 6:30pm in the FHS library! Parents AND seniors are welcome! Can't make it but want more info?? Email us at
