(below)Recently, the THS BBQ team, consisting of  Jorge Robledo, Anthony Whitehead, Nate Morales, and Emmanuel Nieto competed in The State of Texas High School BBQ Cook off.  Out of 42 teams, they placed 4thoverall sauce, 14th overall chicken, 16th overall with their freestyle/chef's choice, and their brisket placed 16thoverall.  This is pretty impressive considering they just brought two barrel pits that one of the students brought from home.
