1621 Place

Programs of Choice_

1621 Place is a program of choice offered to Lamar CISD high school students who qualify for enrollment.

Interested students should meet with their home campus counselor to review the enrollment criteria and complete an application. Selection criteria includes (but is not limited to) state testing status, credits, attendance, and disciplinary history.

Upon acceptance, students remain enrolled with their home high school campus. When all coursework is complete and graduation requirements have been met, the student will have the opportunity to walk with their high school class. Diplomas are awarded by the home campus.
