We have a short week this week and next due to the Easter break. Students and staff will have a holiday this Friday and Monday. Tomorrow will be our annual PPCD/Kindergarten Easter Egg Hunt. Along with the egg hunt we will also have the Kindergarten Egg Drop. This is an exciting event that tests student’s (or parents) ability to create a container that keep their egg from cracking when dropped from a high location, usually the roof of the school. Yours truly is the individual who gets to initiate the drop and hopefully gets to see some happy kindergarten faces when their egg survives.
Our first round of STAAR testing has been completed and hopefully we did well. The second round does not begin until the week of April 20th.
Our school nurse is asking for donations of gently used uniform clothing to replenish her supplies. Please send only new girls underwear in the packaging!
