2018 Lamar Education Awards Foundation
Grant Winner

Bentley Elementary would like to thank the Lamar Education Awards Foundation (L.E.A.F.) for the grant that was awarded to Bentley this year.  In total, our school was awarded over $3,000.00.  Pictured below are Coach Wheeler with her grant check for her grant entitled "Ramp Up Recess" and Mrs. Cornelius, Interim Principal.

Bentley's Little Free Library

Little Free Library    Our Little Free Library is a place where readers in our community are welcome to visit and borrow a book or leave books for others to read.  Once you are finished reading the book, you may return it to Bentley’s Little Free Library or to another Little Free Library in the community.  The motto of the Little Free Library is:  Always a Gift; Never for Sale.

If you’d like to donate books, please feel free to leave them inside Bentley’s Little Free Library or bring them to our librarian, Mrs. Bromonsky, and she will place them in the Little Free Library as needed.

We would like to thank the Lamar Education Foundation, the L.E.A.F. Grant Program, and Ms. Janice Knight for this addition to our school.

Happy Reading!
