We will be having STAAR testing at Austin next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We will be a closed campus on those days so that we can keep disruptions to a minimum. We appreciate your cooperation on these days.
In case you have not noticed the property next to Austin Elementary has begun the groundbreaking for a section of new homes. These homes will be in the $250,000-$500,000 price range. Home builders will be Westin Homes and Chesmar Homes. Lots will be sold to builders this summer with construction scheduled for the fall of 2015. When complete this area will contain 90+ one and two story homes. We look forward to this new development in our community.
