Extended Day for 5th graders will be starting next Monday, February 2nd. Letters will be coming home this Wednesday to those students needing to stay. Extended day will be on Mondays from 2:45-3:30. Please sign and return the letters so that your child may get the extra help. (3rd Grade has begun their Extended Day and Fourth will be starting on the 17th).
Student Council is sponsoring “Nerd Day “ this Friday. For $1.00 students may dress up as nerds instead of being in uniform dress.
Choir begins on Tuesday, February 3rd from 2:45-4:00. Our choir program has done some tremendous programs. We have had upwards of 80 students participating in our choir. The students really enjoy performing and the enthusiasm by everyone is contagious.
Our Lost and Found is growing! The steps of the stage area in the Cafeteria are totally full. Please come take a look before everything is donated to Common Threads.
Enjoy your Super Bowl Weekend! I wish the Texans were in it! Maybe someday it will happen. It is hard to root for either of the current teams as both have already been exposed to the thrill of playing in a Super Bowl.
