Next Thursday, February 13th will be our Family Fun Night with Bingo and other entertainment for the students and their parents. It will be the last day of the Book Fair which will be open for students to have one final chance to purchase reading material. Also, Lomonte’s will be serving lasagna, Caesar salad, and garlic bread for $8.00 a plate. Lomonte’s was very popular at our last PTO event for both the quality and value of the food. Hopefully, everyone will have a great time and enjoy the festivities.
School yearbooks are currently on sale for your purchase. You may fill out the form that came home last week or you can go online to order. You will enjoy looking back on the pictures and events that have made up the 2013-2014 school year.
Our final PTO spring fundraiser will have its kick-off next Wednesday, February 12th. All funds from the fundraiser will be used to purchase equipment and materials for the students.
Our annual Jump Rope for Heart will be this Friday with Mrs. Cantu overseeing this event. The students always have a fun time and the funds go to a good cause.
Finally, this Friday will be early release day for elementary students. Release time will be at 11:30 so please make arrangements for your child. The reason for the early release day is to have parent conferences for students who are struggling academically.
