For the 2016-2017 school year, Lamar Consolidated ISD beginning of year forms will be completed online through the Skyward Family Access Center.
Examples of beginning of year items that have been moved online include verifying family contact information, updating emergency contacts, and the Student Handbook signature page. These items will be available through your normal Skyward Family Access login. By offering these forms digitally, we will be able to guarantee more accurate information inside of our Student Information System while also saving both you and our administrative staff a great deal of time. We are excited to see how this new functionality will improve our beginning of year processes.
As we move closer to the start of the 2016-2017 school year, additional information such as important dates, how to access the online forms, and technical assistance regarding online beginning of year forms will be available on the LCISD webpage (http://www.lcisd.org). To access this information, click on the Family Access button in the top left of the LCISD webpage and then choose the Beginning of Year Forms button.
We are excited about this move to online forms and appreciate your support as we implement this change. You can expect the online forms to be available the first week of August. These forms need to be completed by Friday, August 12, 2016.
