Ahead of the 2023-2024 school year, Lamar CISD has named the following administrators: 

Henry Garcia has 17 years of experience in law enforcement, including three years as a police officer, four years as a patrol officer, one year as a patrol supervisor, and nine years as a lieutenant. He graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2020.  

Creighton Jaster has 16 years of experience in Lamar CISD. He has previously served as a teacher, coach, department lead, assistant principal, and principal in the blue, silver, gold, and purple tracks. He currently serves as the principal of Roberts Middle School. Mr. Jaster received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and earned his master’s degree from the University of Houston-Victoria.
