Dear Senior Parents,
As the summer draws to a close, we want you to get all of the information for your Senior to be included in the yearbook. Below is some information you need to have regarding senior portraits.
Prestige Portraits is the official photographer for the yearbook. Senior portraits taken by any other photographer cannot be used in the yearbook. All seniors MUST take their portrait with Prestige Portraits on or before October 20, 2018 to in order to appear in the yearbook. Portraits taken after this date will NOT be included in the yearbook due to our publishing deadlines.
The ”yearbook only” session is FREE for seniors if it is taken BEFORE the deadline. Once October 20th passes, seniors must pay a sitting fee for their portraits and the portrait will NOT be in the yearbook. In addition, if a senior wants more poses, or a longer session, Prestige has fees for those sessions. The “yearbook only” session is all that is required to be in the yearbook.
You may have received a card from Prestige this summer with an appointment date and time on it. If that appointment works for your schedule, please go and take your portrait. If you need a different date and time, you must call Prestige to set up your appointment when it fits your schedule. If you did not receive a card from Prestige, please contact them to set up an appointment.
After school starts, seniors will also take a “school picture” that will be used for their ID cards. This is NOT their senior portrait.
The cap, gown, and tux/drape are provided by Prestige at the appointment. The studio has a list of NHS members so students on that list can wear an NHS collar in their portraits.
