Lamar CISD is hosting a Pfizer COVID-19 Drive-thru Vaccine Clinic for staff and eligible students (ages 12 and up) at Wessendorff Middle School on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021. The clinic is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and individuals will be served on a first come, first served basis.
All students receiving the vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Upon arrival, students and staff must register and present the following items:
Requirements for Students
- District ID/badge
- Printed photocopy of your student’s birth certificate or passport*, driver’s license or another document verifying the student’s address and date of birth
- Printed photocopy of your student’s health insurance card (front-side only)
*If you bring a photocopy of your student’s birth certificate or passport, please also write your home address on the photocopy.
Requirements for Staff
- District ID/badge
- Printed photocopy of your driver’s license
- Printed photocopy of your health insurance card
Individuals receiving the vaccine will park in the designated area and be monitored by District staff for 15 minutes.
Masks are required when receiving the vaccine.
