The Briscoe 7A football team beat Lake Jackson 26-0. Scoring for the Eagles was TJ Green with a 5 yard touchdown run and 10 yard touchdown pass from Taylor Kubosh. Kubosh had another touchdown completion to Ty Moore for 5 yards. Ahmad Hayes also had a 7 yard touchdown run and a one point conversion. Defense was led by Keen Mercer, with a fumble recovery. Xavier with two forced fumbles, and Josh Martinez. The Briscoe 7A team is now 2-0 in district play.

The Briscoe 7B football team lost a hard fought battle with Lake Jackson falling 0-7. The offense was led by Matthew Suh and Austin Quintana. The defense was led by Tyler Somersall and Mitchell Mosby. The Briscoe 7B team is now 1-1 in district play.

The 8th grade football games were cancelled due to inclement weather.
