The Briscoe 8th Grade Girls A basketball team won last night against Stafford Junior High 35-22. The leading scorer was Elissa Babba with 13 points and she went 4-4 at the free throw line. Leea Dempsey, Sydney Billings and Erin Farrow all had 4 points and Ci Ci Matta, Alyssa Muceus each had 3 points. Lauren Sulak and Haley Etzler each had 2 points. The leading defensive player was Maddie Maves.

The Briscoe 8th grade Lady Eagles B team took at 22-0 win over Stafford middle school. Scoring for the Lady Eagles were Ava Conde with 8, Sierra Toman with 7, Kalli Reavis with 3, and Katie Parker and Kayli White with 2 each. Defensive players of the game were Tola Ajayi and Katie Parker.

The Briscoe Lady Eagles 7th grade girls basketball A team beat Stafford with a score of 28-14. The leading scorer for the Lady Eagles was Sharlyne Dimalanta with 10 points. Also scoring were Alexis Morin and Lia Castillo with 6 points each, and Briana Creery, Jada Morrow, and Angelina Duerto with 2 points each. Defensive players of the game were Jonisha Williams and Keely Castillo. The Lady Eagles are 1-1 in district play and 5-3 overall.

The Briscoe Lady Eagle 7th grade B team played against Fort Bend Christian Academy in a non-district game and lost 2-26. Defensive players for the Lady Eagles were Alexis White, Kayla Umana, Hannah Tawil, Samantha Duah, Alexis Conlan, and Zoie Voskuhl.
