The Briscoe 8th Grade Girls A basketball team defeated George last night 33-10. The leading scorer was Leea Dempsey with 13 points. Elissa Babba and Erin Farrow had 5 points and right behind them was Sydney Billings with 3 points. CeCe Matta, Maddie Maves and Alyssa Muceus all had 2 points and Allison Juenger had one. The leading defensive players last night were CeCe Matta and Leea Dempsey. The Lady Eagles improve to 4-1 on the season.

Defensive players of the game were Kenzie Stratman, Tola Ajayi, Samiya Guerrero, Katie Parker, and Vantia Williams.

The Briscoe 7th grade Lady Eagles A basketball team beat George Junior High on Thursday night 26-16. The leading scorer was Jada Morrow with 9 points. Also scoring for the Lady Eagles were Sharlyne Dimalanta with 8 points, Jonisha Williams with 7 points, and Alexis Morin with 2 points. Defensive players of the game were Lia Castillo and Maya Garcia.

Scoring for the Lady Eagles were Erin CoCo , Elise Cheramie, and Hannah Tawil with 4 points each and Faith Uzi, Alexa White and Ajene Robichaux with 2 points each.
