What is SEPAC?   
A committee comprised of Lamar CISD personnel and parents working in a collaborative effort to ensure   opportunities for a successful education experience for all students, especially those with disabilities.  

What is the mission of SEPAC?   
The committee serves as a district wide resource for parents or guardians who work in partnership to help determine appropriate programs and services for children with special needs.  

Objectives of SEPAC:

• Keep the Lamar CISD community informed regarding special education matters through regularly scheduled meetings, educational programs and other appropriate methods; 
• Serve as  a conduit for information and resources for the Lamar CISD community; and
• Foster public awareness and promote understanding of disability issues and special education through ongoing communication.
