LCISD Employee Assistance Program

Lamar Consolidated ISD offers all employees’ access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Horizon Health, formerly ESSCO.

If you are experiencing issues that may affect the quality of your life at home or work, call the professionals at Horizon Health.

Horizon Health is available 24-hours a day; seven days a week and has consultants who speak Spanish and offer simultaneous translations in many languages as well as TTY access for hearing–disabled customers.

Horizon Health problem solving is free. If ongoing assistance is needed, you will be given referrals to other professionals or resources. There are associated referral costs; however, your insurance plan may cover a percentage of the cost. Community resources on a sliding scale are often available.
