Welcome Band Students to the 2018-2019 year!

Published on 8/15/2018

Welcome to Wertheimer MS 2018-2019 school year! We are excited that your child will be starting band this year!  Are you ready to have fun learning a new instrument?! We are! To get your child's supply list for their instrument please look on the lower right hand side of the screen under the Documents/Resources section to print off a supply list for your child's instrument.

If your child is not enrolled in band but would like to be, please contact our counselor Rocio Espinoza at to request band.  We will have an instrument selection time for all new enrolled band students or students who have not yet selected an instrument on August 21st from 2:45-4:00pm.  Please note that because it is late in the year for instrument selections, some of our instrument classes have closed.  We have room in our Flute, Clarinet, Horn, Trombone and Tuba classes.

**Oboe, Bassoon, Saxophone, Trumpet, Euphonium and Percussion classes are full and have closed.  So we are unable to put more students in these classes.

If you still have questions or not sure what your child's instrument is, please email me at
