Teacher Profile

Ms. Victoria Escochea
Kindergarten Teacher

I was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Fort Bend County. I attended Blue Ridge Elementary, Quail Valley Jr High School, and John Foster Dulles High School before my family moved back to Houston where I graduated from Waltrip High School. I attended college at the University of Houston-Central with a double major in Human Nutrition, Foods and Health Promotion. I received my teaching certification from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s in Educational Counseling.

I have a wonderful husband, Manny, who supports me in everything I do. We have two handsome sons, Justin and Jeremy who keep us on our toes. We also have two cats, Odie and Ollie. I have four older siblings, John, Hilda, Elva and Anita and one younger sister, Amy.

I am so excited to be a part of the Smith Team. This will be my fourteenth year teaching and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us.
