Dr. Brent Watson is a dedicated educator, mentor, and professional development facilitator with 13 years of educational experience. Dr. Watson has had the pleasure of working with elementary, secondary, and collegiate students. Some school-based campus-wide initiatives he has led include PBIS, Model Classroom Project, Aspiring Administrators Academy, and Young Men of Positive Action Mentor Program. Dr. Watson has served as a paraprofessional, classroom teacher, behavior interventionist, and assistant principal at both middle and high school levels. He finds great joy in mentoring young men and aspiring leaders to help them develop their leadership capacity. Dr. Watson received his B.A. in Communication and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Prairie View A&M University. He completed his doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Baptist University. In his free time, Dr. Watson loves traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and completing DIY home projects.
