GRHS Announcements

Submit an Announcement to the GRHS Communication Chain

GRHS Announcements must be submitted on or before 7:00 a.m. on the day that the announcement should be communicated. Announcements received after 7:00 a.m. will not be included in our communication chain until the following day. UIL results should always meet the 7:00 a.m. deadline the following morning of the event. 

Announcements will be approved by Mrs. Patterson. From the principal’s office, they will be forwarded to Wendy Moore (PTO email blast), Tom Terrando (weekly video announcements), and Colleen Kroeker ( 

If you would like to include photos, videos or flyers with your announcement, please check the appropriate choice of communication and e-mail these files directly to Mrs. Hydo ( and Tom Terrando (
