Culinary Arts Hs

Hi there! It is certainly an awesome honor to work at Foster High School as the Culinary Arts teacher! I started my teaching career with LCISD at George Junior High School 11 years ago and loved every minute of it! Before teaching, I worked for Marriott, Inc. as a Dietitian/Food & Beverage Manager (6 years), as well as, a former a Fort Bend County Extension Agent - 4-H (3 years).
My educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master's Degree in Science from Lamar University.
I have been married for 15 years am blessed with four children. Between baseball and synchronized swimming and club swimming practices, baseball games, or  swim meets,  I love to cook, sew, run long distance races, and just enjoy visiting with family and friends.
With my Filipino background, I enjoy sharing my heritage through my love for food. I look forward to building a strong and active Culinary Arts program. Here's to the Falcon student chefs! Join us for breakfast or lunch at 723 Grille! Bon Appetit!
