To Register a New Student at Culver Elementary:
Step 1 – If your student is new to LCISD, you must complete the online enrollment process. To complete the necessary online forms, please click HERE.
If your student has previously been at an LCISD school, please call the front office for assistance at 832-223-5600.
If your student is enrolled at Culver this school year, you do not need to enroll them again, they will automatically stay in attendance for the next school year.
If you have a student currently enrolled at Culver and you need to enroll a younger sibling, you can enroll them through your Skyward Family Access.
Step 2 -After completing the online enrollment forms, please bring all required documentation to the campus for processing.
Items needed to register:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Your child’s shot record
- Your Driver’s License or photo ID
- Your Utility bill (must be electric, water or gas) or lease agreement or home closing statement
- Previous School Report Card (if enrolled at a different campus last year)
- Pre-K students - To view eligibility requirements for Pre-K, please click here. A separate Eligibility Form will need to be completed once all documents are received.
Step 3 – Once all documents have been received and verified, your student will be enrolled.
Please note: August 17th will be the last day to register a New Student to Culver to ensure placement for Meet the Teacher. Registration will resume August 23rd after 8:00 a.m. by appointment.
