 Gifted and Talented Program Nomination Process

          Anyone can nominate a student to be considered for the GT program.  Nomination forms are available in the counselors' office.

GT Nomination Deadline

       Students who have been nominated will be screened.  Screenings occur in the fall for students new to LCISD and in the spring for any LCISD student. December 18, 2009 is the deadline for nominations to screen  any LCISD student  for the 2010-2011 school year.           GT_Nomination_Form_2009 

 

Fiction Writing Contest:

  Check out this link for the Texas Book Festival Fiction Contest.  This contest is open to students in grades 7 through 12.  Contest deadline is July 2, 2010.          http://www.texasbookfestival.org/Fiction_Contest.php
