Fourth-grade students at Bowie Elementary are taking Social Studies to the next level!
Students and teachers sent out a "travel bug", which allows students to track its progress across the USA via GPS coordinates.
Students are not only learning about the different areas that the bug is travelling, but video conferencing with students from those locations.
