The Lamar Consolidated ISD Automotive Technology program is seeking dealerships, independent repair facilities and other related businesses who want to participate with the auto tech program by:

  • Allowing 11th grade auto tech students to observe at the place of business 
  • Introducing the visiting students to the business staff and business processes
  • Interviewing and hiring students for full-time summer employment 
  • Allowing students to continue part-time employment during their senior year in high school 
  • Providing at least two additional years of employment after high school graduation
