THS LCHS Check to Common Threads

(above)The B.F. Terry High School Rangers and the Lamar CHS Mustangs competed at the annual Battle of the Berg football game Friday. Together, students in the red and blue tracks in Lamar CISD collected $4,000 to benefit Common Threads, the food and clothing pantry for the district. THS Rangerettes of the Week

(above)Sophomore Destiny Ayala  was selected as the B.F. Terry High School Rangerettes’ Spirit Girl of the Week for Sept. 17-21. The Spirit Girl of the Week is chosen by Rangerette Director Ms. Jessica Wilson and the Rangerette Social Officers.  This is a member who exhibits spirit while in practice and in school.  She is positive and encouraging and motivates team members through difficult practices.  She is friendly to all members on the team and is also a hard worker.  Meagan Gonzales was selected as the B.F. Terry High School Rangerettes’ Rangerette of the Week for Sept. 17-21. The Rangerette of the Week is chosen by Rangerette Director Ms. Jessica. Wilson and the Rangerette Dance Officers.  This is a member who has shown improvement in performance and technique.  She is someone who exhibits outstanding showmanship and has execution and memory beyond reproach.  She is typically someone who catches the officers’ or Directors’ eye while in practice and sets a good example of a Rangerette in and out of the classroom.

BOB Pep Rally 1
