ACADEMIC UIL
Every year in January students from LCISD and surrounding districts compete in categories such as Art, Chess Puzzle, Impromptu Speaking, Oral Reading, Listening Skills, Mathematics, Number Sense, Calculator Skills, Dictionary Skills, Maps, Graphs, and Charts, Modern Oratory, Science, Social Studies and Spelling. Reading Jr. High has been very successful in past years and it's because of our amazing students and excellent sponsors!
