GRHS Announcements

Submit an Announcement to the GRHS Communication Chain

GRHS Announcements must be submitted on or before 7:00 a.m. on the day that the announcement should be communicated. Announcements received after 7:00 a.m. will not be included in our communication chain until the following day. UIL results should always meet the 7:00 a.m. deadline the following morning of the event. 

Announcements will be approved by Dr. Fred Black. From the principal’s office, they will be forwarded to Kelly Cherry (parent call-out), Lauren Tucker (PTO email blast), Amanda Respondek (daily video announcements), and Colleen Kroeker ( 

If you would like to include photos, videos or flyers with your announcement, please e-mail these files directly to Dr. Fred Black ( and copy Amanda Respondek (
