Parents, please take note of the following information:
Procedures for Seating at Student Programs
- Only approved administrative reserve signs will be allowed to be placed on chairs for evening programs
- Doors will be open 1 hour before event for parents to come in to attain seating.
- One individual may save up to 4 total chairs for their family members. Saving entire rows is not allowed.
- Any unapproved reserve signs will be removed and seating will be by a first come - first seated format.
- If you have secured a seat and must get up to take a phone call or use the restroom, make sure you let someone know that the seat is taken or leave a personal article on the chair.
- Please be courteous to others and enjoy the event.
These procedures will be in effect for Fifth Grade Farewell on Tuesday, May 31 and Kindergarten Graduation on Wednesday, June 1st.
Fifth Grade Farewell begins at 6:30 so doors will be open at 5:30 for seating.
Kindergarten Graduation begins at 6:00 so doors will be open for seating at 5:00.
