We have our Book Fair preview this week, October 1st and 2nd, followed by Book Fair sales from 8:00 to 3:00 the following week. Thursday, October 9th will be a Family Fun Night from 5:00-7:00. The Book Fair will be open until 7:00 pm during this event. Come out and enjoy the festivities including Bingo and food from Lomontes Italian Restaurant.
Our Art Club has already begun and Choir begins October 7th from 2:45-4:00. See Mrs. Fielder or Mrs. Brown for more details.
Houston Texan Jersey Day is again this Friday as we root for the home team to beat those Dallas Cowboys. Go Texans!!!

Fall Fundraiser packets need to be returned by Friday, October 3rd. Remember that our annual fundraisers help pay for field trips throughout the year so you don't have to! Too busy to fundraise but still want to help? Fill out the opt-out of fundraising form (click here: OPT OUT Fundraising Letter) and your child will still get to participate in the incentive party.
Our Annual Fall Festival is scheduled for Friday, October 24th. We are still in need of sponsors and donations. If you own a business or work for a business that would be interested in sponsoring our Fall Festival please fill out this sponsor form and send it back to the school: 2014 Donation Letter The children always look forward to the Fall Festival, we need your help to keep this fun tradition alive!
Wristband sales for the Fall Festival will start next week! 
October 9th - Family Fun Night at the school! Lomonte's Italian Restaurant is catering dinner, don't forget to send in your reservation forms. We will follow dinner with Family Bingo and the Book Fair will be open as well. Come meet other families at Austin!
