Junior Achievement training will be this Thursday, February 20 at 1:00 pm. We appreciate all of you who volunteer for this wonderful program that is beneficial to our students. We do have a great group of volunteers who do many great things for Austin Elementary School. We have volunteers coming in each day to work with our students. The students enjoy this small group interaction with each of the volunteers. Even though we may not get to always tell you, you are appreciated.
Thursday is the Wessendorff parent meeting about the school and subject selection. I would encourage all 5th grade parents to attend this meeting to find out more about the 6th grade programs. The event is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm in the Wessendorff cafeteria.
