Astronotes for October 9, 2013
Over the next few weeks, teachers are sending home information about new computer programs that can be accessed at home. The lower grades have Raz Kids and Xtra Math. Third thru Fifth can use IStation, Study Island, Xtra Math and Big Brainz. Instruction sheets will be included but if you should need help in downloading or using the programs, please email our computer lab manager Cathy Willis at [email protected]. This is a great way for kids to practice reading and math facts.
Tomorrow Kindergarten will walk to the Fire Station. After their visit and tour they will go to Pitts Road Park and back to school. The weather should be perfect.
