Tutorials — Students work in a 3-1 setting

pull-out program for students who have been identified with dyslexic

Computer
Instruction — Students come to the computer lab 2 to 3 times per
week. In the compuer lab instruction in the areas of reading, math
and language arts is provided. The students are capable of
doing research and improving their technical abilities.

Summer
School Program — Students who have not mastered the essential elements
can attend summer school at no cost.

Right
Choice — This program is a tool to help students develop discipline
intrinsically. It is designed to give attention to the well behaved
students and to promote excitement about being good.

Excel
Math K-2 — Excel math is grounded in basic math concepts. It
integrates and balances new & review lessons, expands curriculum
coverage, enhances student/teacher interaction, and provides regular
assessment.

Young
Author's Day — Allows classes to collaborate in producing a book and
each child to write and illustrate a book. Culminating activities included
awards and presentations by professional authors and illustrators. Special
library programs encourage students to earn reading incentives provided by
Pizza Hut and Six Flags. Students receive reading certificates if they
read from prescribed lists. Teachers meet by grade levels to evaluate and
revise curriculum.
