You must register your child online first. After completing online registration, bring the following to the campus:

Things to bring when you register:

• Child's Offical Birth Certificate
• Child's Shot Record
• Child's Social Security Card
• Proof of Address (Ex. Utility Bill)
• Parent's Drivers License
• Withdrawal forms from last school (testing information, report card, teacher comments)
