Deaf Smith Elementary
Butterfly Garden

The garden located in the heart of our school was started in the fall of 2005, as part of a Leaf Grant . Students and their families helped plan, plant, and maintain the garden. Classes take turns watering the garden. The garden has been designed to attract butterflies and birds to the courtyard area.
