Since opening in 1979, Huggins Elementary has served as the hub of community involvement in the northwestern part of Fort Bend county. Its economically and racially diverse student population is drawn from a wide geographic area that exceeds 70 square miles.

Mission Statement... The mission of Huggins Elementary School is to provide a friendly, supportive atmosphere where all students are encouraged to maximize their learning potential and explore, achieve, and develop a better understanding of our ever-changing world.

Administration and staff maintain a positive environment in which students can grow, learn, and be themselves
