Classroom Connection Center Instructions
Dress Code Information
Students are required to wear uniform dress at Hubenak Elementary. The uniform dress consists of the following:
· White, navy blue, light blue, light blue or red solid color collared shirt/blouse or school T-shirt.
· Khaki, navy blue, or blue denim jeans, pants, capris, shorts, skirts, skorts (split skirts), or jumpers.
· Sweaters, jackets, hoodies, or other tops intended to be worn in the building must be solid white, navy blue, light blue, red, or an approved Hubenak item.
· No commercial print or logo.
Note: Rolling Backpacks are NOT allowed.
You may purchase the uniform dress at any store since they are fairly common items. If you have any questions about the uniform dress, please contact us at (832) 223-2900 and will be happy to assist you.

Hubenak T-Shirt Order Form PTO is selling prepaid Hubenak T-shirts. Orders are due Friday, September 10.
Return the order form and money to your child’s teacher or give it to the front office.
T-shirt orders are usually only done once a year, so don’t wait to get a Hubenak shirt! Parent Information Nights
August 31: PPCD, SIP, PK, 1st, 2nd, & 5th Grade
You may attend either session: Session 1: 6:00-6:45 p.m. Session 2: 7:00-7:45 p.m.
September 2: Kindergarten, 3rd, & 4th Grade
You may attend either session: Session 1: 6:00-6:45 p.m. Session 2: 7:00-7:45 p.m
