The formal intra-district transfer process is as follows:

• Transfer forms are available on January 14, 2008.
• Transfer forms are available via the Lamar CISD web site or in the Human Resources office.
• If you wish to participate in this transfer process, please complete the form and submit it to the Human Resources office by April 16, 2008
• Your request will then be forwarded to the Principals of the campus(es) to which you wish to transfer.
• Transfer applications received in Human Resources after April 16, 2008 will be forwarded to the Principals and contact will be made by the Principal on an individual basis at the Principal's discretion.
• Please do not contact Principals regarding your transfer request.
• Principals will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss a possible transfer.
• Final date for transfer approvals by Human Resources will be June 16, 2008.
• If you are selected for a transfer to another campus, you will be contacted by the Human Resources office.
