United Healthcare(UHC) pharmacy benefits offers a 3-Tier Prescription Drug List (PDL). The UHC PDL is updated regularly and is available through the United Healthcare website at www.myuhc.com.
Mail Order Pharmacy Benefits are offered through Medco.Medco by mail sends your prescription medicines directly to you by mail-a great convenience for medications you take on an ongoing basis.
United Healthcare also offers a 24-hour seven day a week NurseLine Service. The NurseLine Service is a source of information and support that lets you speak directly with an experienced registered nurse. Simply call 1-800-846-4678. TTY/TDD callers, please call the National Relay Center at 1-800-855-2880 and ask for the number above.

Requesting new ID cards is simple. Log onto www.myuhc.com and select "Manage My Account" from the top menu. You may also print out a temorary ID card at the same time. |
