Lamar Consolidated ISD (LCISD) has workers' compensation coverage through TriStar Risk Management.

If you are injured on the job, LCISD requests you report your injury immediately to your supervisor even if you do not plan to seek medical care.

Your supervisor will make an official report of your accident/exposure and notify the Risk Manager of the occurrence.

The LCISD website has posted "Injured Workers' Rights and Responsibilities" as set out by the state of Texas as well as "Workers' Compensation Procedures".
